ENTERTAINMENT: Movie tryouts, author signing and book fair this weekend

ELYRIA -- J. Carlos Gonzalez, an employee of Lorain County Community College and a neighborhood digital filmmaker, will be holding tryouts Saturday for his summer 2008 project, a fantasy feature produced by his Line 10 Productions titled "Not in Ohio." Auditions will be from 3:30 to 6 p.m. at the LCCC College Center Mall. The feature concerns five adult friends who, via a mysterious map, find themselves in a storybook world that's a takeoff on Elyria's Cascade Park. Applicants should bring resumes, still photos, and a prepared monologue, as well as release forms that can be downloaded from at www.line10entertainment.com.
